Reset your password on a seller checkout:
On the login screen, you can reset your password by pressing the link below the login button. You need to enter your email and then press the button highlighted as here - This will send you an email to reset your password.
Reset your password in the app:
We have recently increased our security on the app.
As a result, entering a password will no longer be required there.
Once you’ve installed the new version of the app, just enter the email address you used on the seller checkout to purchase your guide and we will send you a code by email.
Use the code we’ll send you to complete your login on the app. After you've done this once, the app should keep your device logged in.
If you have not received the email to reset your password please check your junk/spam folder.
