All purchased workout guides will appear on your “My Plans” screen as soon as you log into the app. Swipe right to scroll through if you have purchased multiple plans.
If your "My Plans" screen is blank, you may have logged in under different user credentials. Please sign in using the same email address you originally purchased the product with.
If you are signed in with the correct email address but still cannot see your guides, log out and shut the app down from the recent/background apps screen on your device. Then reopen the app and log back in.
In addition, please check that you have the latest version of the Aflete app to be able to use all the features. See the below links on how to do this:

If you have tried all the above steps and still cannot see your workout guides, please contact our support team and let us know which mobile device you are using, what software you're on, which plan you purchased and the email address you are using to sign in to the Aflete app.
