Where is my order or has it been dispatched?
Please check the email account used to purchase your items to find your dispatched email. If you can’t find your email, try the following:
1 - Check your junk/spam folders
2 - Search your email for email@example.com, your order number or the name of the items you've purchased.
Why is my order taking longer than specified to arrive?
While it is a rarity, there have been occasions where deliveries go over the estimated time stated on the website. The main reasons for this are as follows:
1 - Disruption within a particular courier service's facility or depot leading to delays in scanning and processing/delivering parcels.
2 - Your location may not be close to the central depot for deliveries which can add 1-2 days more to your estimated delivery time. The further you are from the depot the longer it can take by road for them to reach you.
3 - International orders can be delayed due to customs checks and/or being passed to different facilities within your country before making it to your address.
4 - Extenuating circumstances such as difficult weather conditions etc.
My order has been dispatched and not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after your estimated delivery time, please check with your neighbours and your local post office/depot. Depending on the courier, some drivers do not leave a "missed" delivery card.
If you have selected a tracked delivery service, you will be able to see the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided. Tracking information can vary depending on your country's main courier service, so you may not be able to see step by step updates through their website. Don't panic if this happens, you can always call the courier to ask for a status update.
